New Rank up quests

Is anyone having as much of a pain getting this done as I am?

I've seen about 4-5 shouts and groups going for the Grid and Uldah versions of these, I;'ve never seen a Maelstrom group, I've tried shouting for ages and nothing.

I question the idea of a quest to "Prove we can make a group" at this stage, because we all soloed Castrum...

I don't have enough seals to get the rank up quest, so I have no clue.

Unless you're talking about United We Stand, in which case, no, I had no problem finding a group for it.

What are you talking about? Do you mean the Quest "United we stand"? If so.. the people of the Group dont have to be all from the same Company.

He means the quest to get promoted to 2nd Lieutenant, which is killing Great Buffalo. If you need anyone, send a tell my way. I like helping with him.

fyi your pt doesnt have to be all from the same company, in fact you could be the only one from mealstrom with quest...just get some ls buddies to help you

They are pretty easy actually, 3 man'd Mosshorn yesterday (WAR/WHM/DRG) for a friend. Adders should be about the same, Maelstrom kinda got screwed and might take 5~6 (Hate reset is a pain) but none require a full party.

I'm assuming you're being facetious in saying "we all solo'd Castel Novem"?

I know, i just need to kill him. Problem is no one ever wants to do the quest because of how stupidly hard it is, especially com pared to the other 2. quite the kick in the balls from SE.

What you talking about? Great Buffalo isn't hard, I did it with 4 people but I'm pretty sure can even be done with just 3 people.

I'm not sure where you're shouting either, I saw no less than 4 parties take him on in less than an hour yesterday. I helped in two of them.
