and add a 30 second afk timer

Make all players invulnerable to player damage and increase the amount of PvE nodes.

Doing damage and harming things, even PvE nodes isn't acceptable. It can trigger people who have been victims of abuse. No damage is allowed to be dealt. Some maps just aren't balanced, so we'll turn them all into boring triangles, with no distinguishable features.
