Too... Many... Capes!

Worst thing is that new armor looks really good without them. They just went extra mile to make sure most of them has capes which ruins whole armor. Even some crafted armor has buttcapes for some reason.

Also wtf are those rocks. Even if they looked good, they're once again terribly rigged. They don't float, they are just rigged to your characters back, so if you turn few degrees to one side, rocks just move half a meter, even though they should not move at all. It's just comical seeing people run with that wiggling rock armor. It would work if they levitated like weapons in NieR, but instead they look like something from cheap chinese MMORPG.

Moonward capes were nice in that sense, that they blocked your tail from sticking through the capes. cant remember if they altogether just hid it underneath. for me that was acceptable compromise.

If capes aren't going to have cape physics, the I'd honestly rather them be removed entirely.

Capes would be amazing... if there was a separate new gear slot for them.

EDIT: The slot could double as a backpack glam slot.

Make capes as an off hand for everything but fending sets?

Shame we can’t have a remove cape option like how helmets have visor. Personally I love capes and actually there are jobs I want a cape on that don’t have enough options for capes, I’m hoping when the dyeable version of the new raid gear comes out that will be remedied but we’ll see. But I can also understand people not liking them and wanting the option to hide them.

Honestly, i think we should be able to turn it on/off just like some helmets. This feature could be useful for that Pandaemonium armor with glowing circle.

I wouldn't mind a cape/back slot so you could put a cape on something that doesn't have it and keep it off something you don't want it on.

Also really like chest and legs more separated. Like I like the top part of the new healer raid gear. I hate how that's always tied to a long skirt. Wish we could get the looks separate and then if you use them together they have the full robe look.

I love all capes and would hate to see them gone.

I 100% support a cape slot or a cape toggle though. Win-win for all.

I just hate how much it clips when you’re on a mount. It’s an eyesore.
