Unable to register. Maximum number of duties exceeded.

Hey, I'm unable to queue for anything and if I try the game says "Unable to register while penalties are being incurred.". I was leveling my BLU (60-75, during this period) and going into unsynced duties so I can reset a long cooldown. Last night I've been doing it for 3-4 hours and tonight I did it for 1 hour. Does anyone know when I'll be able to queue again? I just wanna catch up.

The daily reset is at Japanese midnight / 0800 PDT / 0700 PST.

you can avoid using duties for that by using Stone Sea Sky, it also resets cooldowns (though i haven't tested if BLU can activate it)

Not remotely useful in this situation.. or any, really? You have to travel completely out of the way, likely to an entirely different zone, to find the specific NPC to gain access. The point of enter-leaving a duty is that it takes 10-15 seconds max, can be done while in combat without interruption, from anywhere in any zone, and can be initiated as soon as long spells (commonly Death or Ultravibration) are used and on cooldown.
