They can't cater to everyone. Changing a simple logo vs what op is asking is quite different. Op can simply not look at her screen during cutscenes or just skip them.

It's called basophobia, the fear of falling. You don't have to have the fear of heights to be afraid of falling. Both are actually natural fears in almost every human being cause both height and falling is dangerous. But ofc like with all things there are some people who can deal better with it and people who can deal not that well with it, like OP.
I myself have acrophobia too but i can differentiate between a situation that is "threatening" to me and a game. So you don't see me screaming for SE to remove the sea of clouds or flying altogether.
If you have a deep problem with a game you consume, in my opinion, the best way is not to scream for the world to change to your needs but rather to change yourself. Be that by facing your fears or just leaving. What do people expect? SE taking every phobia into consideration? Many of them more common than the fear of falling. Should trees be removed or toggled from the game cause some people are deeply scared of them? Blood? Spiders? Heights? What about scotophobia the fear of darkness which really many are suffering with? Should we change the Hades fight and just make it bright? Should we remove the concept of dying from the game cause there are people deeply afraid of that?
As much as i feel for anyone who has to deal with phobias, SE won't make it better for you and expecting that is just delusional.
