Truth is if you are afraid of falling, in this case, the game portraits a HUGE amount of that. Especially in cutscenes. So should we change that too? Or does OP skip every cutscene cause it could have a person falling somewhere in it? What about emotes?

If they have a negative reaction to such stuff then this is simply not the right game for them and i say that with only the best of intentions. Cause we will have falling animations again, over and over everywhere and SE will surely not change the death animation. They don't even give us good settings for colorblind people and that is a HUGE chunk of disabled people playing the game compared to people with phobias.
It has everything to do with being an asshole. Telling people to "uninstall" isn't productive. Either help them out, or tell them that there's nothing that can be done, and be a decent human being while doing either.
