Yay, reduced pay week. Rather work. Bleh.

Just migrate to germany! We get the day free and get paid! Makes it a great week to take 4 paid vacation/holiday days to have 11 days free! And we are already campaigning for a default 4 day work week.

We however do pay for all that labor rights and safety with taxes.

my job is this...4 10s with 3 day weekend normally and monday is a paid off day. Sadly not everyone in america has this. my old job i would get extra pay for monday but that's it no off day or anything and crapt pay anyway working the holidays felt the only way to get ahead. So glad i am where i am at now.
