I will drink almost anything that isn't raw vinegar. Coffee, tea, soda, beer, wine, cocktails, kombucha, lemonade, sparkling water.... sometimes all in the same day when I'm on vacation.
I hate fast food. I'm out.

Crazy for coffee here too :3! I’m also crazy for chamomile tea or ginger infused tea (or anything) so in summer I make a batch and let it sit in the fridge overnight with lemon, it’s so good :3 vodka orange for party time ;3 not a fan of beer D:

And honestly, shoot Im surprised I dont miss Soda. These Sparkling Waters have Completely Replaced Soda for me. And they're Cheaper![]()
Good to know! ^_^ yes definitely Id say soda is the worst to have regularly, people go crazy against carbs but I think eating keto forever is not sustainable to most people plus I can’t honestly believe eating that much fat is good in the long run, like everything in life, balance is the way to go, carbs aren’t the devil as long as they aren’t refined, for example choosing rye bread vs white bread, eating fruits instead of chocolate (not fruit juice though, you’d basically eat six oranges in a glass at once xD) eating carby things that contain fiber is processed differently in your body than eating a pasta dish, so on and so forth, basically the less tempered with our food is, the better and the more balance you have between your macros the better.
As for exercise you really don’t need to do insane lifting or jumping around like crazy unless you have a specific body type in mind but that can come after if it’s your goal, otherwise you would be surprised how much walking helps, seriously pure old walking, get in 7.000 to 10.000 steps a day and you’ll be golden, you don’t need to run even just make sure to get those brisk walks in and always do your research before believing one source only, there’s crazy amounts of misinformation out there and stupid amounts of “diets”, the carnivore, the keto, the vegan the bla bla ugh it pisses me off that people have no shame to try to lead others astray for views and money.
Right also forgot of course you can lift and muscles are obviously important, the more muscles you have the more calories you burn simply by existing but don’t go crazy at once because it’s harder to maintain.
I really wish you the best of luck Ronso, I’ve heard of people saying they reversed their type II diabetes but I don’t know if its true or not, I know type I is irreversible, Ill just read further into that and let you know if I find anything out, I spend my time researching all kinds of things and then get obsessive over particular topics for a while lol :3.
Oh also, fasting is your friend! ^_^ with electrolytes not empty.
