I must say I was a bit hesitant at first but I went on ahead and did the quest and glammed Eos into Carbuncle. I absolutely adore the way he cast embrace. It’s the cutest things I’ve seen in a long time.

Now that we have the option for Fairy Glamour I'm just waiting to hear about Feo Ul being an option. I really wanted to use the Egi appearance on my fairy and was super disappointed I couldn't when I tried. I mean, I get it, but I like having options. I'm currently using Emerald Carbuncle because my character always wears metallic sky blue and now I'm a force for fashion in duties and I love it

Feo Ul needs to be an option, because canonically she can send a part of herself to the Source anyhow.
Also, the P12 boss would be a nice glamour. Or Titania. Or P5 boss, even. It would actually fit my "evil Scholar" glamour lol.

Already went ahead and set up macros for all of the existing faerie glamours, though I must say the Emerald Carbuncle isn't nearly green enough. It's like two shades greener than the default carbuncle lmao.

Yes I noticed it too. The way the carbuncle moves its little legs... so adorable lol. I litterally watched it for like 10 minutes.

Carbuncle is a welcome and very fitting addition for scholar, it's the literal definition of the support summon in FF games. And unlike with summoner where it's just there, you get to see it use its animations all the time. It definitely feels very lively.

It's the same as ACN/SMN's Emerald Carbuncle, as counterintuitive as it is that that's not green from the beginning.

We have two unique Carbuncles from Alphinuad (Moonstone and Obsidian) and one from the researcher in Idylshire that helps with our relics (Diamond). I really hope we get to enlist all of them as options for Fairy Glamour. Since we're simply changing the appearance of the fairy there really isn't any limit to what we should be able to use especially if the model is in game already. Imagine choosing between all your minions as a model for the fairy...
