PS+ Teleport doesn't seem to work

I have PS+ but FFXIV tells my that I don't, even though on my PS Screen, it tells me that I have PS+. Now here are my Questions:
Does the PS+ Teleport require a higher PS+ Tier, beyond the Essential Tier?

Does have the FFXIV App has difficulties to determine the access point if the Service Account has the PC and PS Licence registrated?
like I assume that the Game may have difficulties to recognize you as an Playstation or PC Player, if you own both Licences on your Service Account

Or, may the Game has difficulties to determine legitimacy if the Account owns 2 PS Licences and one of them got deactivated?

If you go to FFXIV main page on PS, there will be an add on (PS PLUS free teleport May), I think you have to "purchase" monthly for the free teleport to activate.

I don't know if it will be a monthly required $0.00 purchase, but you are correct, I was able to register the PS+ teleport after doing this as well.

Excuse the question but what FFXIV Main Page on PS? the Launcher? The Lodestone via PS? I logged into my Mogstation Service Account Overview and still found nothing^^;

I think the others are asking if you went into Playstation Store and purchased the free teleportation service. It will show up as a free item in the PS store if you have PS Plus but you still have to add it to your cart and purchase it even though it's zero cost. I went into the store and searched Final Fantasy XIV and it came up and I didn't have any issues using it once in game. From what I read we will have to do this step every 30 days to keep the free teleport.
