Unable to download patch 6.4

I am trying to download the new patch, and the download starts fine, but as soon as it reaches 1356.00 MB, the download speed drops to 0.0MB/s, and stops the download. There is no error code, and my internet is running smoothly at 200MB/s on the same device. What can I do to solve this? Is this because some files may be corrupted?

I am running FFXIV on an Alienware 15, and it was running fine up until today when I tried to download the new patch.
