    Basic unobtrusive buffs are fine. Especially things like run speed.

    Torn on battle buffs, since the smaller radius did require I put some thought where I am standing when casting at times.

    Bubbles should be reverted. I already have my settings to turn off most others effects and I don’t need even larger clutter.

    The game just gets easier and easier with each patch, and the balance gets worse and worse.
    If you can play 1 healer, you can play all.
    If you can play 1 tank, you can play all. And if 1 is better there is no reason not to play that instead.
    I have to play the mouth breather job; warrior, now that it's the best at everything in the tank roster. There's nothing my job does better than War.

    In casual play sure, w/e. But, people are generally already stacked up enough already so it's sorta eh.
    In high end play I feel like it may come to erase the mechanics of healer AoEs, further dismisses healer planning, enables non-healers to continue ignoring their environment.
    Healing is already easy. What is SE thinking ? What are they trying to make obselete here ? (just me thinking)

    The change doesn't really make sense and it wasn't a QoL issue.
    It has always been a player issue ie the BRD on the very pixel corner of a platform.

    I don't really care that they made them 30 yamls. I think that's fine. People are supposed to be nearby/within them anyway. What has me bothered is that I find the size increases visually intrusive and that I need to turn effects off in the settings just so I can see the darn arena. A lot of the healer skills are just to flashy and big to see regular mechanics happening beneath it.

    I first thought "That's it?" But then remembered that during most of ShB our caster liked to stand in <kupo>-knows-where and I had to chase him down for my Technical Finish and then dash back to my spot for spread mechanics, hoping that the tanks also got the buffs. So, yes, I approve of this change.

    I love the changes as a SGE. The arena in Dead Ends for the second boss is large and the mechanics require people to spread out. Even when I would toss the bubble down near the middle of where everyone was as much as possible, some dps didn't get it. Now I can stay in my spot and toss it out and it hits everyone. Same with Physis. Also getting the dps who hang out in Narnia on the final boss.

    It's so large people will still go towards another corner during Anima's big laser attack when I've preemptively put it down, then when I rescue them inside it while they're 40% HP, they then have to ask why I pulled them.

    Apparently it's not big enough.

    On the one hand (for CU) it does give more interacting in some areas.

    For example I got Hero's Gauntlet in Roulette yesterday (the other day, w/e) and on the final boss with the stack under rocks mechanic I could use CU and mitigate my entire party despite them being spread out. That's neat.

    However, it takes away part of what sorely lacking in healers - picking the right tool for the job. I already complain that because of how scripted damage is I can use the same tool every 60s with out fail. This is now the same issue I have with current ES. Its too damn big and now takes away any and all positioning (and the reward for positioning right) as well as any and all decision making:

    "I can't use X skill here because the party is spread out better use Y". Well now there's no point in using Y because X does the same damn thing.

    In gaining something it feels like we've taken away yet another thing. So... I gues 60/40 split with 40 being the "good" half.

    I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.
