As someone who literally lives Poverty (Savage), it's refreshing to see someone mention this. It made me so mad that they mentioned they rather pay for a mount instead of getting it for... A couple hours of coordinated work.
FFXIV has a such a small "Pay for" content that is one of the reasons I stick around and do my do diligence to get stuff for FREE! It's FREE!! Like 2 hours once a week to try and get a cute mount is so much more enticing to me than seeing it posted on the Online Store for $18 (Or $30+ for account wide).
The axolotl has a lot of meaning in Elpis (that a lot of people missed apparently) that seeing it as a reward for Paendamonium has got me so excited to actually try and get it. I know one of my friends who is OBSESSED with axolotls is gonna be thrilled to do savage this time around.
