    Launcher opens with errors constantly.

So starting today, I was not able to open my launcher or play FF14 anymore since it seemed to come up with another of script errors on starting. I've tried reinstalling, but even a fresh install of the launcher on steam brings the same errors up.

This mind you is just one of many, from about four-five polyfill ones, to react, translator, vendor, styled, index and once I get past all of them it leaves me on the FF14 launcher, but locked onto a logo instead of pulling up the notes and log in.

I've looked for similar issues, and I have gone through my security settings, deleted all cookies, and tried to fix what I can but nothing seems to be working. I don't understand why it would work one day then break the next.

I do use the steam client.

It does this when the launcher is having problems connecting to the login and related servers. The launcher is a stripped-down internet browser, and what's going on is more or less the same thing as when a site or your connection to it gets bogged down and it stops loading halfway through. There's nothing much you can do about it generally, since it's usually either something wrong with your connection/routing, or the login servers are being hammered by traffic. Just have to keep trying until you get through.

Good morning and thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums

In addition to deleting the cookies and cache, could you try the following?

    - The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Right-Click on the FFXIV launcher icon and select "Properties"
    - Hit "Apply", then "OK" to save the changes.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"
