The other DPS said they were in a car accident a few days before and I'm not sure why they were playing lol. The healer did the dungeon in a Trust before joining our group, but didn't learn where to stand without the NPCs telling him.
One time all 4 of us stood in the ONLY spot that would result in a wipe for 3 or 4 AES overlap. If we were standing ANYWHERE ELSE, we would have lived. Got a good laugh out of it.

Our Dark Knight tried to carry us one of the wipes but couldn't. Lamented he wasn't a WAR or PLD which could have finished it lol.
Ugh out of posts, but it was. We all went on classes we had under iLvl 625 gear on, so the gear dropping would be upgrades. (of course only Aiming gear dropped, and we had no Aimer...)Sounds fun - I think my main issue is always just gear sync is way too broad over time making everything SUPER easy for anyone behind on content and doing everything with cheap good gear.
I think the dungeon/normal/alliance raid balance on release is usually good otherwise.
I never first-time as a Healer, as I'm too embarrassed to be the reason we wipe. That said I don't really mind wipes. I'm sure in a few days this will be easy too once everyone learns it. We had a Summoner, but he died the same time as the healer every time as they stacked, so no rezzes.
