Gear and Accessories storage suggestion

Hi, I have come across an annoying problem.
There are certain low lvl armours I like to use as cosmetic items after they are no longer useful to the character I play.
Problem: I am unable to store them in the armour chest due to too many things in there. And the Armoire will only accept articles of clothing that are primarily used as cosmetic items.
Could the Armoire be updated to allow those kinds of cosmetics under a category of Armour Cosmetics or something like that?
Or, after the armour becomes useless except as a cosmetic, is there a way to (through the crafting classes) change the armour into cosmetic so the Armoire will allow you to store them in it?

Then there is the Armoury Chest itself.
Is there a way to have the Armoury Chest be expanded to have Disciplines of War, Disciplines of Magic, and the Craftings and Gatherings gear and accessories each have their own sections? Something to assist the players in managing their storage better?

Have you tried using the glamour chest? This sounds exactly what you are asking for.

If you haven't unlocked glamours and the glamour dresser, the quest is in Western Thanalan.

Or in Mor Dhona, apparently.

Yes I have unlocked it. All of it. The NPC they came from has 0 quests left for me to pick up.

Have you tried using the glamour chest? This sounds exactly what you are asking for.
