Glamour Dresser

I'm gonna sound dumb but, how do you even get that feature up? I tried but I could only go through the glam system same as always through the dresser and nothing seems to be different to how it used to be.

If you mean what is actually mentioned in the patch notes, when you are applying glamours directly (without using the dresser or plates) there will be a drop down menu that let's you select the dresser or the armoire. Honestly I don't see much point, but it may have use for somebody.
