MSQ Questlog "Like Fear to Flame"

When taking on the quest Like Fear to Flame, the quest log description text remains "It is time to proceed to the next stage of your plan" at all portions of the quest. I've never seen this in a quest in the entire game so I assume it is a bug.

I did try re-logging to see if the quest text would update, but it does not.

Edit:

The same thing happens with the nextr quest: The Fallen empire.

Did whoever localized these quests just not have time to write anything out besides "Julius is eager to get out of the cold" The first two MSQ quests of this patch have a book in them and then suddenly these quests have one sentence each. Its weird.

this also holds true for the MSQ "Lunar Rendevous"
the following quest "The Red side of the Moon" is even worse because it has the same description as Lunar rendevous
