Thread: Get rid of Series and just put the new stuff in the PvP shop.

FFXIV has terrible PvP, so please remove the series and just make new stuff available for Wolf Marks. That way I can grind stuff at my own pace instead of having to hyper grind every time the series goes away and the stuff becomes unattainable.

Also enough with the freaking FOMO! I hate that crap!

you could have grind at your own pace all season. like 2 games a day and youd have been done with rank 25.

Get out of here with that crap... If I liked playing PvP at all, then we wouldn't have this stupid issue. >_>

I really hate it when people make these unhelpful comments. You're not solving anything by telling me to play a mode I hate more often.

I'm not gonna touch PvP because it's not fun and the only reason I'm wasting my time and patience with it because once the series rewards are gone they're gone forever!

This is about FOMO and getting rid of it, not me adjusting my behavior to keep up with underhanded business practices!

Ignore the forum trolls. The real issue is that the PvP devs don't seem to care about what the community thinks or wants, and they routinely ignore any feedback given to them. Sometimes I genuinely wonder if they're actually trolling us.

I don't think grinding series 25 is too much to ask for, for new sets. But I do think they need to add previous rewards into the crystal shop after awhile. But instead of that the devs decided that us PvP players want recolored crystal tower gear in the store, instead of really good looking previous set pieces from the feast, or other pvp series. That's ridiculous. Recolor garbage from crystal tower? No incentive for anyone to do pvp to grind it out.

PvP has potential to be fun, I have faith one day they'll accidentally make the necessary changes, or give an incentive for people to care about it. Until then it'll just rot away only being played for tomestone events.
