    why did they get rid of selene but keep carbuncle? that useless little aether squirrel doesnt even do anything

    You can still summon your fairy. It's just that there aren't two buttons to summon your fairy now.

    Carbuncle has become a FF series recurring character which resulted in it having mogstation items and it's own housing decorations and furniture. Selene does not.

    Well, I hope they add some decent stuff to the rest of the CC series totally-not-a-battle-pass, or at the very least to the crystal vendor, because that mount is a big yikes for me. If that's the rank 25 reward, then I will probably pass on it.
