A complaint is designed to attack the developers by saying their hard work is bad or disappointing like so many threads on the forums.

Feedback is when you tell the developers you wish to see X new feature in the game.

Feedback = information about reactions to a product which is used as a basis for improvement. " Player-Feedback " can thus be either positive or negative. Even complaints falls under Feedback.

An Attack = Criticizing or oppose fiercely and publicly.
Which is what you're doing by labeling possibly valuable feedback as negative complaints to be disregarded.

Yoshi-P said the Silent leave first as we're not silent because most of us Care. If that is your Goal for us to not be so loud and more silent to " Stop Caring " then well done you.
