It's genuinely one of the few industries where certain consumers will tolerate (even celebrate) being fed swill over and over, and then spit out some "yo u mad over a game bruh", chins still covered in spittle, at customers who say the swill isn't good enough, especially when they're being charged for a gourmet meal. Granted, this situation isn't entirely organic market supply and demand, as per the post above mine.

after 10 years tho, the game should honestly start coasting on its success, games need to bow down for other games lol i dont see why people are mad over a game? i would be surprised if yoshi p was still producer and director in 5 years

Cyberpunk was widely criticised by customers for false promises and outright deception during the marketing phase as well as a great many performance issues - particularly when it came to the PS4 version. To this day it remains the sole game I pursued a refund for due to how broken it was at launch.

That it was still able to fund an expansion and rework many aspects of the game is likely in large part due to their commitment to ESG policies and the financial benefits that come with doing so:

They certainly don't appear to have learned any lasting lessons, given that they're now attempting to shift blame towards customers over their own broken promises and the game's original missteps. A common issue in general across the board these days, unfortunately.

And 0 moderation, this is a echo chamber that SE cares not about anymore. The only 2 interactions we have here is when we are asked for questions or when someone reports something. The Forums might as well be fully outsourced, nothing you write here will ever been seen by a mod or SE employee. This fact over years and years have hardend all believes and makes them worse.

All of this causes legitimate posts to be over run by all sorts of comments that are coming down to "i dont like your comment, yoshi P said you dont need to play" instead of even thinking "you know what there is a chance there is a problem" debates are near impossible to have.

All of this and remember only the most insane X% of players of the negative/positive/trolls etc are on forum. You could post "i like how Primal Rend looks, good job" and players would jump out screaming its not good. It is what it is.
