    1. The only job that would gain any benefit at all would probably be BLM. Unsure if SMN, BRD, WAR, and entire healers that's not SCH would care at all. The rest would 100% call your manager lol. That being said, Royal Road and triple Redraw exists as their bad luck proof measure. If that they somehow ended up with a RR'd Arrow, then I guess they can just play the card for themselves for that 6% MP, hyper-haste, and random AoE damage lol.
    2. Potentially! Or lmao, DRK for their Edge/Flood of Darkness. The idea was to differentiate the cards to force AST to think "which job can capitalize this secondary effect the best?". Balance would go to the strongest physical jobs. Spear would probably go to jobs with built-in faster AAs like NIN, MNK, & SAM (I could probably strengthen the AA potencies too to ensure it's not always eclipsed by Balance). Arrow was explained prior. Spire would go to casters, with RDM being dead on last because their oGCDs are physicals. Ewer was also explained, but to expand a little, helping healers who just died could be a boon if opportunity presents. Bole would 100% go to tanks.

    We should be separating critical hit rate from critical hit damage and offer both of those as different ways to buff. We already see this with Chain Stratagem.

    Sage has failed to live up to the fantasy of a sci-fi DPS healer. Please change this for 8.0. Make Sage fast, exciting, and aggressive. It should feel like a healer that plays like a DPS. Empower the aspects of Sage's unique healing mechanics: Kardia and Eukrasia to give its healing playstyle more identity.

    Just popping back in to share a little White Mage concept I did for fun earlier. This is just a rework to their DPS moveset inspired by Black Mage. The idea is to feel like a softer flavor of Black Mage in a sense. You can take a look at the list of actions here. Here's the spark notes:

    You shift between an earth and water stance, essentially. Earth spells are slightly stronger, cost a bit of MP, and have long cast times. Water spells are slightly weaker with shorter cast times, but you restore MP with each spell cast while in water stance. Your primary attacks are Stone III and Water III, while Stone IV and Water IV are used to swap between earth and water. Earth spells are stronger with longer cast times while water spells are weaker, but you restore MP while in your water stance. Aero III is your DOT and has a thundercloud-like proc system that can be spent on Aero IV or Glare III.

    Arcane Ward is similar to Ley Lines. Casting spells within the ward empowers it, and at max power you can unleash a powerful attack in Tempest once per use of Arcane Ward, but the ward remains on the field until the cooldown resets. While standing outside the ward, you can teleport back to the center of it with Arcane Warp.

    Holy is now a nuke with a cooldown and charges, and Afflatus Misery remains with adjusted potency for the changes.

    In total, this is a total of 7 hotbar actions.

    Absolutely not. I want all healers AST included to not be PoS in solo. And that makes it worse.

    And honestly, I highly doubt you could make this fun to play with. I've actually played a class that did nothing but buff the party. Where you cycle your buffs on rotation. Its not fun. Even with extenders.

    I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.
