In the case of the Seventy-Seven though, how can they be "of Ul'dah" and "of Limsa" at the same time? English is so hard.
Maybe "Welcome to the Seventy-seven Caravans of Eorzea, serving Ul'dah" or "Welcome to the Seventy-seven Caravans of Eorzea, Ul'dah branch."
These NPCs need to speak more clearly if they want my hard-earned gil.

because "of <city name>" would indicate the branch of Seventy-Seven Caravans you are currently at...


I will blame that on the structure of the english language, Deltara.
