Shameful lack of content, Yoshi P.

Just going to say it… FFXIV content is lacking and telling the player base to play other games is just a lazy way to get out of it. Yoshi desire of people playing other games is not only going to hurt the players, but the company also will lose customers.

Example: playing Zelda while in a live letter is extremely lazy.

Some of us players want to play FFXIV and do actual content. Take a look at the new pvp weapons, that is lazy and minimal effort is in them. “They now have a glow” like seriously? Same wep but glowy? How is that enticing?

Point is Yoshi shouldn’t pawn players off to other games while having such low effort put in.

Not everyone is RP or wanting to RP, club hopping in a game isn’t content.

With that all said I hope yoshi stops killing this game. It’s basically a second life emulator now.

Dudes been busy with XVI. With any luck he's back in the saddle now and he can course correct. The cynical side of me, however, doubts that highly and thinks XIV is about to hit low effort maintenance mode.

As long as they're working on their next MMO after XVI. it tracks too, since every MMO has been the third mainline entry since 20 years ago.

You say there is no content, but have you synthesized 50000 items yet? Just go do all the 5 year grind achievements smh.

Lack of content longevity, or lack of content you are interested in, doesn't mean lack of content itself.

And as for your example we had a new PvP map recently.

Apparently you get it for being diamond rank, so i give it about 1 season before its added to the trophy crystal vendor cause people that dont want to pvp will cry about it.

Well they haven't brought back any of the older stuff yet so I doubt they will instantly put it there.
