GMT event linkshell - Seeking a few active players!

We are well cool is a run on from our old linkshell Rejects where the linkshell list has just managed to turn into inactive players.

If you play in GMT time zones, are up for doing some iffy, moogle, Garuda, CC and AV runs 3-4 times a week then send us a tell!

We are a small linkshell of friends at the moment and we would like to keep it that way.

We are looking for maybe 5-6 more level 50 players to get things done with. If you enjoy a laugh (sometimes a filthy laugh!), good company and are interested in the content that I mentioned on semi casual basis then please do get in touch.

I've got a couple of questions if that's okay, this post picked my interest and i have 2 family members who play the game with me who are also looking into endgame activities so:

I noticed in your site that the demand for certain jobs is high. Would said person with said jobs be locked to run with that job, even if they have multiple jobs?

How tight are the schedules?
And do rewards for Dungeon raids get divided by equality or a point system of sorts?

Sorry I didnt get back sooner - Just because the demand is high for some jobs does not mean you will be playing those jobs all the time! I even like to mix it up myself - But I guess it just depends on the situation of what classes and jobs we have.

Schedules are not tight at all - At the moment we plan things for like 3 days a week to start with and see how it goes. We are not hardcore by any means. A day on and a day of kinda thing.

We will never be using a point system - If you are active most of the time (say 80%) and join the events then you have as much right as the rest of us.

I hope this clears up some of your questions.

Hey,
Your shell sounds like a good fit for me, mainly because sometimes my playtime is limited (by life) and so jumping on and not having to spend an hour gathering members for an event is what I'm looking for.

I've only got my WAR up to 50 but am working on my WHM at the moment (currently at a measly lvl21) but I'm curious to see if our play times match up, since I'm in Australia.

I'll give you a shout in game if I spot you and see how things go from there, but I thought I should mention I have one or two other linkpearls and have found it works well to have multiple ones just so that there's someone to help out or be helped out when I'm on (since my times vary). Look forward to catching you in there.
