“Update Gear Set” macro?

Ok, I’m not a new player, but I am still pretty new to macros.

I know how to switch btwn gear sets, how to create a new gear set, and how to save current gear settings mto a gearset whose name/number must be specified in the macro. But is there a macro command that performs the “Upgrade Gear Set” function, ie that little button in the upper right corner of the character panel? One that will just save my current settings to whatever current gearset I’m on.

I’m trying to make it so that I can hide/show my helm and update the gear set to keep that change, all in one macro. Rather than having to open the character window to update.
