Cross World Linkshell Capacity

Adding another voice to this. Not only for Hunts which sees a Huge use from CWLS, but other social aspects of the game. The number of people in a CWLS is, frankly, too small, and the number of CWLS you can join is too.

With Cross-DC travel so common now that only makes the problem worse, and with tests for Cross-Region and the possibility of it, the tiny amount of people allowed in those linkshells is, honestly, almost scary when thinking of the future. With more worlds, more DCs, and more people joining, expanding these things are in the game's best interest.

People can't just keep relying on Discord and out-of-game chatting. CWLS work very well, they are just limited and need expanding on.

Bumping this as well, would be nice if my chatbox didn't have to be flooded like this every time a mark gets called because hunt communities need several cwls to accommodate everyone in game (and still miss people, because we don't have enough room...). FC chat has room for 500 people and Novice Network has space for over 200, so I don't see why our LS and CWL slots remain so limited.

I really just hope this topic gets addressed on the upcoming expansion or before it is painful having so much people joining and not being able to include them on our chats in game because of these limitations.

It would be nice, but I'm sure it's limited by their server architecture, and they really haven't shown any interest in improving it significantly since that would take resources away from other server infrastructure related problems.

Yeah, but now that they are adding so many extra servers both in Europe and NA it be better if they don't overlook this topic. In fact, I think this is the best time for them to improve both the regular linkshells as well as the cross-world ones; there's so many people alredy wanting to share this experience in game with their friends and not just on a discord or other external chats as they play simultaneously. Not everybody is comfy using those other apps and it would be amazing if they do something about it, I would even prefer they shorten the amount of cwls we have in order to increase the capacity of them. But I think the whole system needs a bit of a rework, I mean, I doubt they don't have the resources tbh.

Given that it's a processing issue and not a storage issue, they can't just throw money at it, they'll need to throw time. I wouldn't expect it anytime soon.

I still hope they do increase and improve the CWLS chat... and also the entire Friend List and Player Search UI would be good.
