    Although we are unable to directly investigate or address this issue as it is not an area that we can handle internally, we are working with the network carriers that are directly connected to our servers to resolve the issue, but as the problem is in the internet pathways and the detailed jurisdiction is unclear, we have not received a positive response at this time.

    We will continue to strive to address this issue, but we would appreciate it if you could also contact your ISP or other service providers.

    We are currently receiving a large number of inquiries from customers using certain ISPs about degraded connection quality when connecting to the North American data center.

    The development and infrastructure teams investigated and found no problems with the FINAL FANTASY XIV servers or data center. However, the teams did find that connection quality was degrading at certain points on the Internet, depending on the connection used to reach the servers.
