    is it EVERYONE?
    A region?

    People who get connected through ATT, even though I'm in the UK it looks like my connection runs through ATT at some point.

    I use Comcast and on the eastern side of the US. I have yet to see any lag spikes on my end.

    Seems theyre aware of it, if youre having signifigant lag issues make a report through the links here so they can colelct data and make appropriate action.

    Spoiler: SE isn't gonna do anything about it.

    Animation lock is intended. That however isn't the problem here. They can't fix NA ISPs. Or EU ones apparently.



    The link is from a year ago because it's still relevant. They need user reports to have ammo to take to their provider to say "hey, this is a problem for our users". And it's not a one time fix.



    The internet doesn't work the way people seem to think it does. It's not an on or off connection. It's not one link.

    It has been a known issue that NTT is trash for more than a year, and nothing has been done about it.

    Every backbone provider has issues. You probably weren't around for it, but when the servers were in Montreal, we had similar issues, only this time the meme was Level3. They had a node that crapped out almost every day at 6pm est.
