What about a dance that gives you a feather for doing all the steps?
It could be a two step like Standard Step, doing one step does damage while doing two does a little more damage and grants a feather. Give it a 30 second cooldown, have it go on cooldown when you use Standard Step, and make it so you can't use it outside of battle (so the party doesn't have to wait for the DNC to spam it to get all their feathers). It could even be called Feather Step, which is a type of foxtrot dance step and has been in a past Final Fantasy game. (*´∀｀*)

Also, to add to my DNC Hope list: I want Closed Position to be just a one-button press to change partners, none of this turn-off, turn back on stuff.
