So in the last 20 or so minutes, I've noticed a massive hit of latency while I was on ExitLag. A few friends of mine also reported this as well.

Given a look on PingPlotter and look what we see here:


The nodes between Dallas, Los Angeles, San Jose, and Sacremento are all reporting issues with packet loss and latency. In particular, it's these specific nodes:
ae-2.r24.lsanca07.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
ae-5.a01.scrmca03.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
ae-1.a00.scrmca03.us.bb.gin.ntt.net
xe-0-0-5-0.a00.scrmca03.us.ce.gin.ntt.net
These are nodes all within' the NTT ISP Network. I don't know what to say, except that NTT and Square Enix needs to stop blaming it on other ISPs. People shouldn't be resorting to VPN Usage to play this game.
