I mean, we've all known it's NTT nearly from the beginning. That AT&T response didn't tell us anything *new*. The lack of communication is definitely on SE. And it's easy to say "well they just need to get a new ISP" but I think it's very likely, given that this is corporation-to -ISP rather than individual-to-ISP, that they are locked in a solid contract. Legally, they may not be able to get a new ISP. It just wouldn't surprise me if NTT has everyone involved by the nutkins at this point and is just, you know, being an evil megacorp about it.
