    Yup and judging by the post above, there will be no form of compensation for the many players affected by this. (and apparently they think it's resolved now...)

    I just submitted my own ticket, explained to them that I'm on console and they insisted my problem is because I have Microsoft Edge running in the background... which is kind of impossible given you can't even install Microsoft Edge on a Playstation.

    At this point I really am considering cancelling my sub since they don't even seem to care about the problem. 5 days is way too long for this to be going on for them not giving a proper response to this.
