Bad lag again with NTT's NA server network

Hello, I not only notice this latency on Etheirys (FF14) but as well in Vana'diel (FF11).
I have submitted my form and shared my data to them.
However FF11 servers are in Japan and not N/A do I need to submit another form for that?

Game is basically unplayable for yet another day. So much for keeping up on current patch content...

Honestly surprised that SE hasn't said more given how many players are being affected and with FanFest quickly approaching. I can't imagine any Q&A sessions will be pleasant if this isn't resolved.

They won't say more because its hugely embarrassing for them to have to publicly admit: 'There's nothing we can do except hope NTT stops cucking our customers because they're worth 14 billion dollars more than us'

Today I post my issues with the lag on this game. Since day 1 I was agaisnt the move due to the move are "Not Fair" for the NA community overall and felt one sided. SE, you got 10 or 8 years for this game. It time to put East Coast servers. Your provider can have a east coast servers in NY. Stop being cheap and spend money to gain more money.

Sadly I can also say that I'm having the same problem :l
Connecting from EU to NA, always had around 170 to 190ms but now it seems to be around 400ms at all times.

Would be nice if SE did something about this and got it fixed. This is an interesting read as well. Perhaps emailing NTT as well since SE wont probably ever get to it. We pay for a sub but I guess them handling network issues isnt covered...

NA player here
The game has been virtually unplayable for about two weeks at this point
I've never seen a 90001 error before now, all content except for alliance raids has been constantly 90king and 2002ing
Idk how I can run 23 other players and it's seamless but I crash in a guildhest or msq roulette or (the worst of the lot so far) a guild room trying to access my glam dresser, but that's been how it's been and I'm so tired
Game will randomly lag spike even just walking around a city, or it freezes for a few seconds in a raid then it's fine again, up and down up and down with Sending and Receiving pings
I just want to be able to play the game again
Tried everything that mod messages have said to try, no dice
Last resort is a reinstall but I'd really hope not to have to do that

I am having the same types of problems with latency.

I connect to Aether - Sargetanas from Australia so I don't expect the best ping but lately (the last few weeks) my ping has doubled and is making the game unplayable on my main toon.

Adding my voice in here. I am also an AT&T customer and I am East coast. Up until today I was running around 75-85ms steadily for nearly a year and now as of today when I do a check, I am around 130-135ms. Pretty big jump.

It was like this before around a year ago and contacting AT&T as an individual will do nothing. I have tried. Square Enix needs to contact AT&T (or NTT if they are responsible from what I am reading in the thread) and tell them it is affecting their customer base to be taken seriously (something an AT&T told me when I was on the call was that they can't do anything from the individual complaints on their end) or figure something out like they did before. When this happened a year ago, I remember there was a big announcement at some point and then something Square did fixed it. I am hoping that SE will fix it quickly this time.

The only temporary solution is to pay for a VPN until SE contacts AT&T -- or NTT as I've come to learn from this thread -- again to work things out like however they did it last time when it was big enough they put out an announcement. I did this before and it worked well to bring my numbers from around 130 down to around 90. I used mudfish since it was the cheapest I could find.
