Bad lag again with NTT's NA server network

So yet again I find myself here cause lo and behold the game is becoming unplayable for even casual content.
I can barely even weave once and have almost had my MCH Wildfire fall off before I could hit all 5 charges with Blazing Shot.
I noticed these issues start up roughly about a week before the current patch dropped and it has only gotten worse.

Honestly getting really tired of this issue. It never really gets resolved and seems to just be pushed onto someone else.
Cause the last time these issues were happening, after they magically got "fixed" my friends elsewhere suddenly started having similar problems.

I too went through this about a year ago, put the game down for about two weeks as it was basically unplayable. Everything had been fine on my end until 7.1 dropped. First warning was presented by other players movement in hub cities. I figured it was a surge in returning players while worrying we were back to dealing with a bad node. It has now gotten to the point where I cannot run dailies as dungeon mechanics are impossible to navigate. I will be happy to supply my tracer route if SE acknowledges the issue but I'm not confident they will. If so, tracer route and DxDiag are ready for submission. Until then, looks like I'm stepping a way for a bit. Maybe even give it up entirely as my Steam games are working just fine.

I saw this problem last year, and am seeing it again, on AT&T fiber in the St. Louis metro area. Packet loss starts in the evening Central time and persists through the evening into late hours. It came back around the launch of 7.1 from what I can tell.

I have contacted the AT&T NOC (as my interactions with customer reps tend to not be very fruitful around this kind of thing) and am waiting to see if they reply. I'm going to file a report using the tool we were provided last time.

Same thing here. I feel like a few times a year for a few weeks, this happens. Don't know what to do other than wait it out since I play on PS5. Probably will just buy the PC version and use a VPN when Black Friday rolls around. This sucks :/

I'm chiming in from the monopoly of Buckeye Cablesystem here in Ohio. I can't get anything else where I live and this ISP also seems to be wrapped into the same issues that AT&T is having. Whenever I see people talking about packet loss and lag with AT&T, sure enough I'm having this issue too. I submitted yet another packet loss report today after logging off because its unplayable. I wanted to do MSQ but the high ping/lag is so bad I can't make it through the dungeon and trying to do any roulettes or PVP is almost impossible.

Normally don't get latency issues, but I'm getting frequently 30+ seconds of dropped packets (Comcast) in both duties and the overworld recently.

Figured I'd note here that I'm *not* seeing the problem tonight, at least so far. Normally, it would have happened long before now. Hope others of you are seeing better conditions tonight as well.
