[Requesting official clarification] Sweepstakes open to UK residents?

Hello,

I wanted to ask for official clarification on the 10th Anniversary Sweepstakes/Prize Draw.

The official rules state:

B. Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically and permanently located in one of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• South America, North America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia excluding Japan, China, Mongolia, Republic of Korea, Taiwan, Laos, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Cambodia, Macao, and wherever prohibited by law.

However, the United Kingdom left Europe in 2020. As such, while I am a physical resident of Europe (the continent), I am not a legal resident - which is to say, I am not (as far as I know) within Europe's legal jurisdiction. (I wish I was, but...)

I understand that the Sweepstakes is likely intended to be available to UK residents as well, but as written, I'm unsure as to whether this would be the case.

So I figure I need to ask: Are the Sweepstakes open to legal UK residents?

Duh! Uk left the European Union, not Europe. Europe extends beyond the European Union and SE lists continents. Rules are clear in that regard.
