    I didn't mind having to get a new console for XVI. The games have frequently been a console flagship game. FFX was the reason I got a PS2 back in the day. FFXV was the reason I got a PS4. (Also PS3/FFXIII. I regretted it, but I got it.)

    I'm mostly just happy they're finally available again. Hell, I got the God of War edition for $50 off.

    Yes, Jim Ryan said in Dec last year 2022 that the shortage issues are basically over and this year it's really easy to get one if you want one!
