First: did you remove the old one from your account using your emergency removal code? If you didn't, nor write down/store the removal code, you'll have to contact SE Support who will do that for you.I've had it before, but I just got a new phone and am having difficulty. In the phone app, the "Accept User Agreement" page has no place for me to actually accept it.
it's just an extremely long wall of text that I've scrolled to the bottom of several times. Any guidance?
