    Ticket Number: 23088393 Improper Ban

    Hello, I have a friend who got banned twice now for 21 days without proper reason or investigation. The first time was 4/5/2023 and now 5/13/2023. He just started playing actively this week. He hasn't communicated with anyone he doesn't know and hasn't bothered anyone. Whenever I reported someone, the GM would normally contact me and tell me to blacklist the person or people involved to prevent further harassments and begin investigating the matter. I'm just seeking a answer/reason to what has changed to where the ban is instantly given without any type of proof.

We advise that your friend contact the appropriate Square Enix Support Center that matches their account region for further assistance.
