- Any other error codes aside from Error -2146697211 or messages you receive upon trying to log:
- Type of connection (wired or wireless):
- Other programs running while the game is playing (if any):
- Has this been an on-going issue or has this just started happening very recently?:
- Frequency at which error occurs (If this occurs during specific hours, please provide the date(s), time and timezone):
- Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?:
- Name of the ISP and region you are trying to connect from:
