Dynamis and Primal lobbies unresponsive

Hi. It appears that the Dynamis and Primal lobbies are unresponsive. The Aether and Crystal lobbies let me in properly, however.

Furthermore, the Aether and Crystal lobbies also respond to pings, but neither do the Dynamis and Primal lobbies. Machines from within the Dynamis and Primal datacenters do seem to respond to pings, however, which would typically not affect connections that are already established.

My ISP is Videotron in the Quebec, Canada area.

Might be a Vidéotron problem. I checked several communities I'm in after being unable to connect and the only other person I've found that couldn't connect was with them as well. Same issue as you. Primal and Dynamis aren't available but the rest is okay. I don't know enough to figure out if it's really Vidéotron or if it's a coincidence though.

Of course they won't, you'll be talking to level 1 techs who wouldn't know what a routing table is. I'll see if I can get through to their second level.

well that certainly can't be a coincidence then because I'm also with Videotron and can't connect. And there seems to be cases of internet issues with the provider in the region.

Some issues with same ISP also. Cannot get the launcher to work 90% of the time

When I manage to get through the launcher I get a 2002 error.

Same issues for my son's account, except he can manage to get in game on a character on Primal data center but not his characters on Crystal.

Pretty sure it's an internal routing issue at Videotron. I can connect just fine by using a VPN.

Set my location to EU and I can reach EU lobbies and even make a character on there but all NA Datacenter IPs cannot be pinged or and traceroute stops after the 3rd step.

Tried with Videotron and Bell connections and the issue remains. Using a VPN to Phoenix AZ however allows ping and tracert properly to DC IPs and the launcher/login works.

Indeed videotron claims it is not a localised issue to their service though it does seem to be exclusively Quebec and east Ontario that's affected.

i am also on videotron, and having connection issues too, but the odd thing is that i can connect to 2 of my 6 characters without a problem, while the other 4, i get the 90002 connection lost error. All of them are on Excalibur.
