    Cannot log back in after disconnect

    Hi, i got disconnected in Heroes Gauntlet after the first boss and ever since i get 90002 errors on pc and i tried to log on ps5 and i get 10105 errors there its been about 6 hrs now and i still cant log in on my character i can log on 3 out of my 5 character on that server but the two characters i play the most give me 90002 errors please help me im sort of panicking right now

    I am having the same issue, i was logged in on one of my 6 characters on Excalibur and got disconnected, i was in Garlemald. I tried to log back in and i get the same error message of "connection to the server was lost. 90002" I am only able to log back on 2 of them, while the other 4 get me the 90002 error each time i try login back. It has been like this for over 3 hours at this point.

    I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing connectivity issues. Error code 90006 is most associated with interference with the game data. It can be a result from certain security/privacy changes on the network. Other times, it occurs when an application running in the background causes interference, such as anti-virus software, firewalls, media players, web browsers, communications software, etc.

    We would like to ask for the following information to get a better idea of the issue:

    - Type of connection (wired or wireless):
    - Has this been a long on-going issue or has this only been occurring very recently?:
    - Frequency at which error occurs (If this occurs during specific hours, please provide the date(s), time and timezone):
    - Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?:
    - What is the ISP and what region/country are you connecting from?:

    We would also like to ask what have you tried so far to alleviate the issue:
