    Still got the same issue going through Videotron's Tech Support mess. It;s clear between doing everything I can on my end already and seeing that multiple users here have the exact same problem at the same time that Videotron fucked up somewhere. I assume this is something they will fix for us all at the same time since it's really looking like their servers.

    Never had these kinds of problems with them before but contacting them for support has been a nightmare. (3-4 hours of this so far and no luck)

    Has anyone gotten any actual information from them?

    Have you tried to ping the servers on https://is.xivup.com/adv or do a tracert? I'd suggest starting there. If anything maybe I can be of some help for you, shoot your info if anything! C:

    I still see the DNS server error with the diagnostic on the connection, but I'm able to connect again now. I'm worried this isn't over but Videotron said they will have a senior tech contact me back this afternoon.
