Exact details of Account Sharing definition

So my Wife and I both have Service accounts under the one Square Enix account, the money for accounts comes out of our share bank account, but I was recently approached by GM on a separate issue where this topic came up and they said, rather dogmatically, this was account sharing. Now this situation has been happening for the last 7 years since she started playing I added the account for her and of we went, I cant find any exact details and have read the TOS 3.2? section and its listed acceptable people to share accounts with doesnt cover spouses, I think its a little iffy? If anyone has any ideas or experience or recourses can you hit me up?

Did they say to you it isn't allowed and you're going to be banned or something? It's factually sharing an account but this doesn't mean you're going to be in trouble over it.
All the TOS says is if you give out your password, SE isn't responsible in getting a stolen account back.

I wouldn't worry about what the GM said, like the police, don't talk to them about anything you don't need to.

Sharing the account with your Wife is your business, just don't share it with friends.
