Yes it's true. Usually this is what happens, so they watch me, and I watch them and have to literally have eyes on my back. In the end, this is a game of who will take whom by surprise.

Tbh it's more than just that. I've played monk which I don't even main, it's incredibly easy to jump on a support or range when you're not sustaining fire, have guard/purify ready, pop the LB combo which literally takes 5s, then get away with it. There is almost no counter to it, except a very reactive healer on their side, unless your target is that healer anyway.
