Dueling at the same job is a sport that I still don't understand. Because why don't they just do their job...

It really depends. In FL it sometimes just happens but is usually bad play choices regardless. In casual CC sometimes it's doing your team a solid by shutting down your mirror job. But if you queue the same job as a griefer there's a good chance you will get to play them again.

Yeah Valence MNK like to do that a lot. Pick the "biggest threat" and sit on them or die trying. xD
