Yup, you guessed it: Duty Finder Que.

So, I managed to get through ARR without much trouble. So, the smooth sailing continues until I hit the first Hard Mode Duty.

Which I've been trying to clear for the past two days.

If it's going to take a month (or more) for me to get through the MSQ; I might as well just take my money (and play time) elsewhere.

If I had to hazard a guess, it's the HM Primal fights 2.1's main scenario requires you to do (Titan, Ifrit and Garuda), the only thing I could suggest is to ignore Duty Finder and try getting a party going in Party Finder instead. Usually you'll get people on your own server jump in to help you if you're humble and say you need it for your main scenario (and offer them free dibs on all drops). Also a level 90 player can easily solo those fights so you may get an offer from an end game player to run you through them quickly unsynced if you ask nicely.

Either way, don't give up hope yet! You can do it!

Hmm. Thornmarch shouldn't take too long to fill up, but unfortunately long queues sometimes happens. A combination of playing at certain times of day (early in the morning, very late at night, during typical work hours etc.) with factors such as patch lulls (like we're in now, but not for too much longer) can also stretch queue times a bit.

I noticed you're also on Dynamis, which is a new DC, and from what I've heard substantially lower-pop than other established DCs. I'd advise you set up a PF like Enkidoh suggested to recruit people to go in with you, or keep trying during peak hours. If the experience continues to be a bother for you, I'd move to either Aether or Crystal.

Trial queues on Dynamis usually go well enough during normal hours but it looks like you might be playing very early morning when there aren't many online.

I have characters on Marilith and I'm currently playing nights/early morning (though usually on my Coeurl characters). I'll hop over to Marilith and try to catch you to help out.

Another option is to use data center travel to one of the other NA data centers. You'll still have a little wait at that time of day but nothing close to the Dynamis wait.

You can also list a group in Party Finder. There are usually players looking for others to help out. I've done that several times with some of the higher level MSQ trials my Marilith FC has needed to get done and we've usually had the party filled within 10 minutes.

World travel to Crystal and do content there. You keep your new player exp buff but sadly you can't access retainers or join FCs, but at least you can play the game.

Good King Moggle Mog is a little bit trickier than the previous Primals, but still nothing that shouldn't give too much headaches.

If you're still having trouble trying to get a party I could always run you through it unsynced quickly, if you don't mind data-centre travelling to the Crystal data-centre, and then Balmung, or, I could travel to Dynamis-Marliath, it's no problem either way, I'll be happy to help.
