    Disconnect/Can't Get Back In

    Around 10 eastern time this morning, tried to enter Pharos normal, disconnected, couldn't get back in. Waited a few hours, tried again. First try said I was in Pharos, second try said I was back in Sharlayan, still can't get in. (Note, I can log in just fine, get the title screen, the character select screen, the "X number of people in queue" message, but when it goes to the loading screen it stays on that screen for a long time then gives me the server disconnect error.)

    I'm sorry to hear about your issue! Is the issue still persisting at this time? Are you getting any error messages or is the game crashing when this occurs? However, we would be more than happy to provide some general connection troubleshooting tips that may help. May I ask what platform you are currently using to play FINAL FANTASY XIV (Windows, Steam, Mac or Playstation)?

    my girlfriend is having the same issue after 6.4 she got disconnected and now it gives error 20002 or 90001 we reinstalled a lot but she still logs in . she is on windows and we looked up all the ways online and still cant get her back online
