Let's be honest, sometimes he has good points. Not always, but sometimes. It's just the "You have to listen to me because I AM RIGHT" attitude, paired to having to read the same points every day, that gets people on the defensive. All the while trying to convince you and me instead of doing anything actually useful to make the people he's angry at listen.

There's also the fact that you can't try to make reason with him without his groupies showing up to defend him. You'll get like 3-5 people trying to defend him or badmouthing others. It gets to the point where everybody notices he is the focal point of everything, and thus the main person everybody dislikes since almost every big argument, every big point of negativity or flame war, seems to start with him.

And yet he rarely bothers to respond to anything himself, despite how many people speak up for him all the time. It's kinda hilarious, really.

And yet I'm fairly positive he once said that he didn't need anyone to defend him. Only for you know... weakest are the ones where they're all what's wrong with asking for changes or to give valid concerns? While ignoring that he wouldn't get so much flak if the way he presented it didn't come off as my opinions are fact and only my opinions matter. Stop acting like Commissioner Gordon from 60s' with their red special red phone.
